Xiaomi 13T Pro and 13T Series: New Colors and Surprising Prices Unveiled
Europe is buzzing with excitement as Xiaomi prepares to unveil the Xiaomi 13T Pro and its counterpart, the Xiaomi 13T, on September 26. Notably, this launch promises an unprecedented commitment from the brand: 4 OS updates and 5 years of security patches. This reaffirms Xiaomi’s dedication to its user base and adds another feather to its cap in the competitive smartphone market.
The buzz suggests that both the Xiaomi 13T and Mi 13T Pro will feature the newest MIUI 14, grounded on Android 13. This aligns with Xiaomi 13T rumors of the brand using its latest software skin.
Earlier, there were discussions about the Xiaomi 13T Pro specs. But before we revisit those, take a look at the fresh leak—images revealing every hue for these phones. Notably, both come with a leatherette finish, with the blue variant standing out for both.
While official Xiaomi 13T Pro specs remain under wraps, buzz from the grapevine hints it might closely resemble the Redmi K60 Ultra, though with potential differences. The whispers point to a Dimensity 9200+ chipset and a robust 5,000mAh battery boasting 120W rapid charging. In contrast, the Xiaomi 13T may feature the Dimensity 8200-Ultra and a similar 5,000mAh battery, but with a more modest 67W charging capability.
Both the Xiaomi 13T and Mi 13T Pro are set to share numerous Xiaomi 13T Pro phone features. They’ll sport a 6.67” 144Hz AMOLED display with a sharp resolution of 1,220 x 2,712px. Impressively, this screen can reach a peak brightness of 2,600 nits. They also come with an IP68 rating, ensuring durability. And for added protection? Gorilla Glass 5 shields their displays.
Rumors highlight distinct camera specs for the 13T Pro phone compared to the K60 Ultra. Both 13T smartphone models reportedly feature a 50MP main camera with an IMX707 sensor. They also have a 50MP telephoto camera with a 50mm lens. Additionally, there’s a 12MP ultra-wide at 15mm. A 20MP front-facing camera is also on the list. The renders show off Leica branding on these cameras. Furthermore, the camera app will offer standard Leica features.
Reports indicate that the Xiaomi 13T, outfitted with 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage, will carry a price tag of €700. On the other hand, the superior Xiaomi 13T Pro, boasting 12GB of RAM and 512GB storage, is set to be priced at €900.
